These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Kwizo, a service for creating and running interactive quizzes and live sessions, operated by SimplyPulse AB ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using Kwizo, you agree to these Terms.
Kwizo allows you to create and manage two types of interactive sessions:
The service is available via kwizo.app.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.
To save quizzes and live sessions and access your data you need to create an account using your email address. You are responsible for keeping your login link confidential and for all activity under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us at hello@kwizo.app immediately.
Kwizo is available in two plans:
Features included in each plan may change over time. We will notify existing Plus subscribers by email before reducing the features of their plan.
Kwizo Plus is a monthly subscription billed at €4 per month. Payment is processed securely by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), our authorised reseller and payment provider. By subscribing you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service.
Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You will be charged on the same date each billing period.
You may cancel your Kwizo Plus subscription at any time from within your dashboard. There is no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee. After cancellation your Plus access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free plan.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at hello@kwizo.app and we will investigate promptly.
You agree not to use Kwizo to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.
You retain ownership of the content you create in Kwizo, including quiz questions, answers, live session slides, and any uploaded images. By using Kwizo you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not sell or share your content with third parties.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe any third-party rights or applicable laws.
All software, design, and branding of Kwizo are the property of SimplyPulse AB and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary materials.
Kwizo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Use of the service is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SimplyPulse AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of Kwizo shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
